Waupshcase (v2.7.3)
Waupshcase is used for headlines and, in some situations, bullet points. It has two simple rules:
1 - If the line ends with punctuation, use sentence case.
2 - Else, Capitalize The First Letter Of Each Word - Including "Minor" Words*
* The fervent Waupshcase user should note an exception applies to a preposition, minor word, or abbreviation between two related items, such as "2 of 2 Automatic Payments" or "Speed vs. Velocity", whereby the surrounded word is not capitalized, but the remaining words in the line receive the proper treatment of capitalization.
Many thanks to Ben Mo for recognizing my OCD and renaming Start Case after me...
